Cory Property Group has done projects small to large for both my properties and done so with great workmanship. Their quotes are not far off the final total, making budgeting much easier. We have used them for single handyman work, to more complex home projects as well. At times they have even corrected poorly done work done by someone else and restored our home after significant water damage. I highly recommend them for your home management, repair and renovation needs.

When I moved into my new home, I had Don and his crew take care of all the recommendations the inspector made. Replacing support beams in the basement, building a storm door, and repairing small things like exterior faucets, and caulking the bathtub. It seemed no job was too big or small. Don has a great network of specialists so if a job is beyond his scope he knows exactly who to call; be it electrical, brickwork plumbing, etc... Don did a great job of keeping the team on schedule and overseeing the project. I was so pleased with the work done, I contracted them to help me start building out my home music studio. Don is a pleasure to work with as is his partner and wife Crista who also happens to be a wonderful gardener and landscaper. This is a solid crew of folks who take pride in what they do and whom I now call friends. Highly recommended!

We hired Cory Property Group to do some renovations to our house. Don and his wife, Crista were professional, personable, and timely. Don was extremely knowledgeable and made helpful recomendations during the design aspect of the project. Don and his crew were on time and always showed up when they said they would. The workmanship was excellent and finished on schedule. There was a part of the design that my wife didn't particularly care for once it was built. Don had no problem adjusting to her request. Overall, the Cory Property Group was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to friends and family, and plan to use their services in the future.

My wife and I used Crista to sell our old home and buy our new one. The expierience was great. She was very educational on the process. Very transparant and upfront about everything. She had our old house sold within the time frame she said she would and for the highest amount that it would sell for. Crista and her son even came over to help me plant some shrubs! I dont know any other realtors that would be as willing to help. Grade A service in my opinion. We looked for houses for weeks, she was patient and understanding with our indecisiveness. Finally we found the house that we had to have, she called right away and got us the first showing of the house. We put in an offer on the spot and closed on the house within a month. Crista made the selling and buying process so easy. She was courteous of our work schedule, and our child's schedule. I highly reccomed Crista for any and all real estate needs.
